Admin Application - skuggan

-1 Why the user “skuggan” should not become an administrator:

1. lack of personal culture - skuggan has repeatedly behaved in an inappropriate manner towards other players. He used vulgarities, provoked arguments and ignored the rules of mutual respect, which are the foundation of the server community.
2. even without an official role as an administrator, skuggan tries to influence other players through intimidation, threats to report to the administration and behavior that suggests he already has “deals” with the server’s management.
3. He is already acting as if he has authority - threatening, extorting, talking as if he is the voice of the administration.
4. When others are helping newcomers, skuggan throws “git gud” and starts music from the microphone in the evening hours, where there is no administration. Super example for the rest, right?
5. Conflictuality - He tends to get into disputes. Instead of seeking compromises, he escalates situations and treats them personally.
6. Negative influence on new players; new players are often discouraged by his comments and manner.
7. emotional instability - invents situations that never happened. And if it is pointed out to him what he has written or said, he denies it right away and doesn’t let it come to a word.

+1, good player who is on very often.

+1. From my perspective very well experienced player within the server, doesn’t seem to cause much hassle apart from the voice bug glitch. I’d also say that they’re very knowledgable within the ze scene as whenever I’ve asked a question they have always given an answer if known and seems to be willing to support others.

+1 Skuggan is 2nd most active player on mapea cs2, he know the rules and will be a good admin.
