How come I’m supporter but I don’t get that skin that many others have like coloured anarchist who changes color every then and now why?

Did you even try to change it? Type !zclass (to change your skin for ZM or Human) !color (to change your skin color) !thirdp (third person) !firstp (first person). There are more option like tags,tagcolor,tracers or tracercolor with rgb but its to complicated to explain it here now. If you want to know message me.
