Se juega coop y sí, conseguiremos items. Destacar que sólo están disponibles un puñado de héroes, algunos han recibido modificaciones: Axe, Drow Ranger, Juggernaut, Lina, Venomancer, Sven, Magnus, Omniknight, Crystal Maiden, Legion Commander, Shadow Shaman, Windranger, Jakiro, Shadow Fiend y Sand King.
