It looks to me that either paypal isn’t available in your country or your internet provider is blocking it. I strongly suggest you to use VPN to bypass these kinds of things (best to use paid ones like protonvpn,nordvpn etc)… Edit: Are you trying to access it from school computer or home computer? because it has big difference since schools tends to block lots of sites for safety.

just from my home computer, i always could, but i can’t anymore xd
It’s fine, ill try something else, maybe with time it will be fixed
update : it’s working now, maybe paypal got a problem
