Problem creating mapea-steam linked accounts

Player “Homie.” (STEAM_1:0:76069055) was asking me if anyone can solve his problem while creating a new forum account using Steam, since he’s not receiving the confirmation mail. He said he tried many times but still didn’t get it on his mail after waiting for hours. So please, let me know me if you want to contact him or have any idea how to solve it.
